Spooky Shooty

I'm a Unity developer of 8 years and I hunkered down the entire weekend learning Godot before hammering this out in 3~ hours.

This is the product of challenging myself to port a Lightgun example game that I made for a Unity tool that I was working on.

Overview

• There are Spookys and you must Shooty them.
• That's it
• I tried to add a Game Over screen when a Spooky touches you but who knew collision logic was so challenging to figure out? I couldn't do it.

Controls

• Mouse to move the reticle
• Left-Click to shoot

Credits

• Alien Enemy graphic was done by my friend who drew up it within the Jam period
• Gun model made by same friend in same period.
